You recently visited my website and wanted to know more about Life
Coaching.
Fair enough. (I also want to tell you about this poor old possum).
But first, answer some important questions:
Have you given much thought to what you
will be doing a month from now? A year from now? Do you have clear
plans and goals for your future? Or do you barely trudge through each day,
hating your job and fearing
the future?
Maybe you're much like me. Maybe you're not excited about the thought of
spending the next 20 years working
8 hours a day, 5 days a week for somebody else. Maybe you'd rather have the
freedom to spend your time doing
something fun!
Unfortunately, it's tough to achieve that while sitting hunched over in a
cubicle. In fact, the only thing I
ever feel sitting in a cubicle is trapped! And it's pretty depressing to think
about waiting until you're
the "right" age to retire! But what else can you do?
My neighbor was recently upset with
neighborhood stray cats and called the County Animal Control unit. They
brought out a small wire cage affair that when something entered the cage it
"tripped" the door and
the animal was trapped (I don't agree with this, but we'll talk about that
another time).
The first morning following the placement of this trap showed a poor old possum
inside. The possum was quite
frightened...all he was trying to do was get something to eat...and here he was
trapped inside this cage.
Animal Control came by, took the trap and said they would release the possum
back into the woods miles
away (And I'm sure they did).
My point is this. The same thing happens to a lot of us. We're trapped in a
cage...just trying to survive.
Well, we want to be your Animal Control Officer. Let us help get you
released from the imprisonment of your
cage....
release you back into the woods of life.
We'll talk again.
